Clement studied Project Managemet at Alison Study Centre, Ireland, and gained a bachelor’s degree in sciences at Adekunle Ajasin University Ondo State. He proceeded to study Solar-Photovoltaic 6 and Engineering at BlueCamel Renewable Energy Academy, Kaduna State. During this time, he worked for Bluecamel Energy. Clement holds a mini MBA degree from the Lagos Businsss School, Pan-Atlantic University.

As the Project Manager for the Circular Economy Hub, Adewale spearheads cross-functional groups to develop and execute groundbreaking approaches that lower waste levels and strengthen value chains. Strategic alliances have been formed through his leadership, engaged stakeholders, and the launch of community-centred sustainability initiatives. Adewale’s commitment to safeguarding the environment and aptitude for transforming aspirations into tangible objectives has established him as a pivotal figure in facilitating progress toward an eco-friendly circular economy.
Adewale’s notable achievements include managing a $30 million food-grade recycling plant project, securing a $600,000 grant from UNIDO for transitioning to environmentally friendly refrigerants, and significantly increasing recycling collections on a limited budget. His leadership in organizing impactful recycling advocacy campaigns and establishing industry standards has earned him recognition as a thought leader in the field.
In his current role, Adewale collaborates with key stakeholders to define project requirements, ensures compliance with sustainability goals, and provides insights from industry trends to guide strategic decisions. Head of Operations and SustainabilityOmoh Alokwe is a seasoned sustainability expert with extensive experience in waste recycling, environmental audit reporting, and environmental impact assessment. As a certified ISO 14001 lead auditor, she has conducted numerous audits across industries, driving impactful environmental strategies and enhancing companies’ environmental performance.
Omoh co-founded Street Waste Company Limited, a pioneering recycling company that has transformed waste management in communities through strategic partnerships with local businesses and government agencies. Her work has successfully diverted tons of waste from landfills, converting them into valuable resources.
Beyond her professional achievements, Omoh is an active executive council member of the Lagos Recyclers Association, a member of the Recyclers Association of Nigeria, and Treasurer of the Lagos Multipurpose Cooperative Society. She is recognized among the Lionesses of Africa and is an alumna of AWEC, YALI, Fate Foundation, Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, and UNIDO GCIP. Omoh’s commitment to environmental sustainability and her leadership in waste management make her a respected figure in the field, continuously inspiring positive change. She is also an Associate Member of the Sustainability Professionals Institute of Nigeria.

Dolapo Olusanmokun
Head, Smart AgricultureDolapo is a Private Sector Development consultant with 13 years’ experience and an applied understanding of the Market Systems Development (MSD) approach and poverty reduction on internationally-funded programs in emerging markets in East and West Africa. Dolapo has experience managing development programs in different sectors including agriculture, waste management, health and small-scale mining.
Over the past 5 years Dolapo has worked with Mercy Corps AgriFin as the National Consultant overseeing project implementation in Nigeria. AgriFin’s objective is to foster the use of mobile and digital technology to enhance farming practices and productivity for smallholders, increase their resilience and their incomes.
Dolapo is also the Founder/CEO of Alon Green Recycling an innovative social enterprise dealing in plastic waste management and recycling in Lagos. Alon Green leverages the circular economy by designing and implementing efficient collection schemes that ensure plastic waste is diverted from landfills and waterbodies.
